Need motivation? Train so your training becomes your motivation!

Motivation lacking? Training getting a bit stale?

Take a look at this guy, he’s phenomenal!

This epitomises hard training, commitment, inventiveness, and sheer toughness. Of body, and mind.

Watch this video every once in a while. Remind yourself just how tough training can be … IF you’re willing to put your heart and soul into it.

Watch this if you’re feeling sorry for yourself, or if you don’t really feel like training, or if you’ve got things on your mind.

Watch this if you’re creating all kinds of excuses for yourself, like:

  • I’m really busy right now, I just don’t have the time to train
  • I’m still sore from the last session
  • I’ve got a lot on at work
  • I’ll feel like a failure amongst all those fit guys in the gym
  • I’m must too old for all this!
  • I’ve got an injury … (aaahh! so sad!)
  • I’m not strong enough to do the kind of training I need to do
  • Life’s hectic right now, I just haven’t got time (yeah, like all the really fit guys, you know they have an extra two or three hours in every day, right? Just doesn’t seem fair on the rest of us!)
  • I’m in bad shape – I can’t go to the gym looking like this!
  • I’m getting over an infection
  • I don’t have a clean tee-shirt (hah! that’s one of the best so far …)
  • My dog died – it seems almost disrespectful to be training at a time like this (yeah, right …)
  • I’ve got aches and pains like you’d never believe
  • I’ll train tomorrow (oh, come on … at least come up with a half-way decent excuse!)

You can learn more about training just by watching this short video than reading a dozen detailed training manuals and fitness encyclopaedias.

You’ll be so fired up you’ll be at the gym waiting for them to open up first thing in the morning.

And all you have to do is show up. Do the training! Put your heart and soul into it, like this guy. Train like you never have before. And do it again, next time … and the time after that.

Keep doing it, and keep motivating yourself, and you’ll see the results that you’ve wanted to see for s-o-o-o-o very long. And when you see those changes, when you feel that amazing transformation taking place in your mind and your body, you’ll have all the motivation you need to maintain momentum.

Arnold had motivation! And still has!

motivationHow do you think Arnold Schwarzenegger stayed motivated all those years, and how come he’s still training HARD, even today? Because he feels the power surging in his body and he sees the changes taking effect day by day. The training IS the motivation!

You don’t need motivation when your training is like this. The training, and the feeling it engenders in you, is all the motivation you’ll ever need.

Watch this video … train hard … visualise yourself excelling at the exercises … have the guts to venture deep into the pain zone … imagine your body responding positively and powerfully to the demands you’re putting on it … feel the power within you expressing itself in your physical re-development.
